INTERCEPTOR-MR
Product descripton: INTERCEPTOR-MR by MARSS Group
END TO END CUAS CAPABILITY
Accurately targeting and defeating Class I & II UAVs
Combining operational experience and innovation, MARSS has designed an AI enabled autonomous Interceptor that offers an intelligent, cost-effective and low collateral solution to neutralise hostile drones. Designed to address threats in all environments, this high-speed craft is capable of defeating Class I & II drones head on from up to 5km+.
Using a range of sensors to accurately detect, verify and respond to UAS threats, the Interceptor is embedded with NiDAR Core intelligence, enabling operators to launch this new, agile system in order to defeat fast, high manoeuvring targets.
- Fully automatic vertical launch for immediate response to threats
- Re-enforced composite airframe to successfully defeat multiple small drones in a single mission
- AI targeted precision to aid defeat
FEATURE CLOSE UP
AERODYNAMIC DESIGN
Hybrid airframe for speed and range of a fixed wing aircraft while having the flexibility and agility of a quadcopter
AGILITY
Reaching altitudes up to 2km and 80m/s
UNRIVALLED SPEED
Custom electric ducted propulsion system for high speed and survivability
AUTONOMOUS CAPABILITY
The Interceptor is housed in a vertical smart launcher connected to the NiDAR sensor infrastructure. Once a threat is detected, the operator deploys the Interceptor from the launcher.
The system acquires the target using onboard AI imaging and pursues the enemy with dogfight manoeuvrability at altitudes up to 2 km with speeds over 80 m/s.
COMBATING FUTURE THREATS
Through extensive in-house research, MARSS have created a solution to accurately target and defeat emerging drone threats. Detection and denial of airborne threats has never been easier.
