The Exail DriX O-16 is a transoceanic uncrewed surface vessel (USV) developed for unrestricted navigation and autonomous missions lasting up to 30 days. Designed for offshore hydrography, oceanography, subsea inspection, scientific research, and defense applications, the platform combines long endurance, hybrid propulsion, dynamic positioning, and advanced autonomy for reliable operation in remote and demanding maritime environments.

The vessel supports a broad range of payloads, including multibeam echo sounders, sub-bottom profilers, oceanographic sensors, acoustic positioning systems, and launch-and-recovery systems for ROVs, ROTVs, and AUVs. Powered by the CortiX autonomy system, DriX O-16 offers intelligent obstacle avoidance, redundant communications via Starlink, Iridium, and 4G, secure cloud-based remote operations, and advanced multi-vehicle coordination for complex surface-to-subsurface missions.
