WAM-V® 22
Product descripton: WAM-V® 22 by Ocean Power Technologies (OPT)
The WAM-V® 22 USV is an advanced autonomous survey platform designed for large-scale marine data collection. Featuring the WAM-V® articulating suspension system and compliant hulls, the vessel delivers enhanced seakeeping performance by minimizing payload movement and providing a stable platform for accurate, high-quality data acquisition.
Designed for large marine survey missions, the WAM-V® 22 can operate as a primary survey vessel or as a force multiplier alongside other crewed or autonomous platforms. Its lightweight construction, compact design, and shallow draft enable operations across diverse environments, from open ocean to shallow coastal and environmentally sensitive waters.
The platform is engineered for rapid deployment and can be assembled and launched by two operators from shore, vessel decks, or trailers, providing flexible mission support and extended operational reach.
