Fibreflight Ltd. is a design consultancy and manufacturing business supplying the unmanned aviation sector. Incorporated in 2003, Fibreflight Ltd. originally supplying motorsport customers with lightweight aerodynamic components and bodywork but later diversified into the unmanned aviation sector.

Core competencies are the design and manufacture of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) airframes. In addition to conventional aircraft, we have experience of tailless aircraft and novel, VTOL ducted-fan platforms. 

Fibreflight Ltd.’s core business is the design and manufacture of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).  To that end, we can offer design services including; conceptual, aerodynamic, and structural. We manufacture ‘in-house’ using most common composite material processing techniques. In addition to this we also have technologies that result in wings and other flying surfaces tougher but no heavier than the methods typically used. We have developed a variety of composite production techniques including ones that offer damage tolerance and rapid production times.
