AeroStrike
Product descripton: AeroStrike by Drone Defence
The AeroStrike (5-inch) is a compact interceptor UAS designed to provide a rapidly deployable defeat option against hostile Class 1 UAS threats. The 5-inch variant prioritizes agility, acceleration, and responsiveness, enabling time-critical engagements in close- to mid-range defensive scenarios.
Designed for operator-in-the-loop operation, AeroStrike supports positive human decision-making throughout the engagement chain while offering automated intercept tasking through AeroTracker or manual FPV flight using standard control software (e.g., ArduPilot).
The system is intended for point defence of sites, convoys, and tactical units requiring a fast-reacting counter-UAS capability. It is designed to operate as part of a layered C-UAS architecture, integrating with RF, radar, and EO systems for detection, tracking, visual confirmation, tasking, and coordinated interception.
Key Capabilities
- Rapid Response Effector – Designed for immediate launch and pursuit of low-altitude UAS threats.
- High Manoeuvrability – 5-inch architecture optimized for terminal agility and close-in engagements.
- Flexible Intercept Control – Automated intercept via AeroTracker or manual FPV control using standard software stacks (e.g., ArduPilot).
- Operator-in-the-Loop – Human decision-making retained throughout the engagement chain.
- Cueing-Ready – Suitable for tasking from a ground-based air picture (RF, radar, EO/IR) via a unified operator workflow.
- Deployable System Concept – Designed for rapid deployment and integration into layered air defence operations.
