Dart
Product descripton: Dart by Mach Industries
Dart is a counter-UAS system developed by Mach Industries to address the growing threat of low-cost drone swarms. The system combines detection, tracking, command-and-control, and kinetic interception into a single scalable package.
Dart is designed as a terminal interceptor, deployed close to the asset under threat. The system is flexible in deployment, capable of mounting on launch stations, vehicles, or fixed structures, and can scale from single units to hundreds depending on threat density.
The Dart platform is engineered to neutralize Group 1–3 UAVs, including fast, maneuverable drones, at a unit cost lower than the incoming threat. It utilizes a solid-rocket motor, RF and inertial guidance, and an explosive fragmentation payload to ensure high probability of kill.
The system incorporates an internally developed FMCW ground radar, optimized to provide precision target painting for the interceptors, maximizing engagement efficiency while minimizing cost. Dart is modular and mass-producible, allowing rapid iteration as drone threats evolve, and is intended for sustained high-throughput operations in contested environments.
