The Hydra 400 is a new generation of heavy lift UAV’s using hybrid propulsion technology. Compact and portable, the UAV can be transported in the back of a Hilux or similar and assembled ready for flight in six minutes. The UAV is powered by single spool jet turbines, producing 500 N (50 kg) thrust providing a maximum lift of 400 kg (882 lbs). The Hydra 400 is configurable as a fully electric UAV or as hybrid in a 2,4 or 6 jet version.
