Protector UGV
Product descripton: Protector UGV by Ukrainian Armor
Protector is a large unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) developed by Ukrainian Armor, based on a diesel off-road platform and adapted for military use. It is designed for high-capacity logistics, casualty evacuation, and integration of combat or support modules in frontline conditions.
Mobility & Performance
Built on an SUV-type chassis, the platform delivers strong off-road capability and year-round operability. A diesel engine provides extended range and endurance, making it suitable for long-distance missions without frequent refueling.
Payload & Modularity
Protector supports heavy payloads and towing capacity, enabling transport of ammunition, equipment, and evacuation of wounded personnel. The platform can also be configured with:
- Remote weapon stations (e.g., 12.7 mm machine gun modules)
- Electronic warfare (EW) and countermeasure systems
- UAV launch systems
- Communication and support equipment
Control & Communication
The vehicle is remotely operated from a ground control station with a vehicle-like interface (steering, throttle, gearbox). It supports multiple communication channels, including satellite (Starlink), ensuring stable operation at extended distances. In specific scenarios, manual onboard control is also possible.
Operational Roles
- Logistics and cargo transport
- Casualty evacuation (up to multiple personnel)
- Mobile platform for combat modules and EW systems
- Towing and transport of heavy equipment
