HydroSurv’s REAV-60 is a long-endurance, commercial-duty battery-hybrid USV designed for demanding hydrographic, geophysical and subsea inspection missions. Its core design principle is versatility, enabled through modular payload skids and field-proven integration of inspection-class ROV systems.
- Modular design approach, featuring demountable demi-hulls and interchangeable payload skids, enabling multiple survey and inspection configurations from a single platform design.
- Robust battery-hybrid power system with dual 8kW 48vDC generators and 24kWh battery capacity, engineered to support sustained commercial-duty payload operations.
- Twin 8kW steerable pod drives with rim-driven propellers, optimised for precise manoeuvring and well-suited to towing sensors or umbilical connected subsea equipment.
- 380 litre fuel capacity supporting extended endurance, including self-transiting survey and inspection campaigns without frequent refuelling.
- Designed from inception for Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLoS) operations, with a comprehensive navigation, communications and situational awareness suite.
