Kreuger 100™
Product descripton: Kreuger 100™ by NORDIC AIR DEFENCE
The Kreuger 100™ is a lightweight, high-speed kinetic interceptor UAV developed by Nordic Air Defence (NAD) to counter the growing threat of low-cost autonomous drones. Designed as a scalable and affordable counter-UAS (C-UAS) solution, the interceptor combines autonomous target detection, AI-enabled guidance and high maneuverability to defeat reconnaissance and one-way attack drones while significantly reducing interception costs compared to traditional missile-based air defence.
Powered by an electric propeller-driven system, the carbon-fiber interceptor can exceed 354 km/h (220 mph), loiter for over 20 minutes, and engage targets beyond 3 km at altitudes of approximately 1,000 m. Its integrated thermal infrared seeker enables day, night and degraded-weather operations, while embedded AI supports autonomous detection, classification, tracking and fire-and-forget engagements.
The Kreuger 100™ is specifically optimized to defeat Shahed-class loitering munitions and reconnaissance UAVs such as the Orlan family. The platform also supports fully autonomous, radio-silent operation in GPS-denied or electronically contested environments, increasing survivability under heavy jamming conditions.
Designed for scalable deployment, the system can be integrated into fixed-site or mobile air defence architectures, including vehicle-mounted protection systems, providing militaries with a cost-effective solution for defending critical infrastructure, military assets and maneuver forces against mass drone attacks.
