The Star-X GP-8000 is a fixed-wing UAV designed for industrial and government applications, including cargo transport and tactical reconnaissance. Optimized in 2023 by TeamAustars, this platform features high-efficiency aerodynamics with a large aspect ratio and superior lift-to-drag ratio, enabling up to 16 hours of endurance and a maximum range of 1,500 km using a 100 L fuel tank and EFI engine. The GP-8000 supports large payloads (50–100 kg) and integrates multiple task payloads in one system. Its design incorporates redundancy across all avionics, flaps, ailerons, elevator, and rudder, and includes aviation-class landing gear with hydraulic brakes suitable for rough terrain. Standard packages include the full airframe, avionics, datalink, industrial or maritime PODs, and a dual-screen industrial ground control station. Optional SATCOM and customized payload integrations allow adaptation for specific mission needs.
