The Star-X VTOL-4910HP is a long-endurance, maritime-focused VTOL UAV designed for industrial and government applications including maritime reconnaissance, inspection, rescue, environmental monitoring, and anti-submarine operations. Optimized in 2023 by TeamAustars, the aircraft features a modular design for fast deployment and quick-release plug-and-play mechanisms for assembly in under five minutes. Its adaptive pitot system allows stable flight in extreme weather conditions, including cold, humid, hot, and winter environments. The VTOL-4910HP supports payloads of 5–20 kg and can be integrated into swarm configurations with four drones controlled by a single station for extended operational coverage (1,000–2,000 km radius). The system accommodates multiple engine options (EFI and Heavy Fuel) and offers optional datalinks, professional/military ground stations, and industrial cameras or PODs.
